Over the past week, I spent more time journaling and even writing manifest scripts down. As I spent time delving in self-compassion, I made an effort to find podcasts on self-compassion and self-discovery. I have spent the last few weeks to think about past experiences and look at my growth journey. I have binged some great podcasts, and I am sharing Four Podcast To Listen to This Month.
