Instagrammable Locations in South Florida
What I love most about creating content is the planning behind the magic. When it comes to seeing a finished photoshoot image, there is so much work behind it, from creating a mood board on Pinterest and scouting locations. When I first moved to South Florida from Tallahassee, I was excited to live near a Beach and see palm trees daily. I realized that there are many more beautiful spots to discover from Fort Lauderdale to Miami. I listed my favorite most Instagrammable Locations in South Florida below.
Fort Lauderdale
Thrive Sculpture
Thrive sculpture by Daniel Popper is located in front of Society Las Olas. Daniel Popper has created Installation across the globe. Instead of taking a trip to Tulum to see his work, I got to witness it in Fort Lauderdale.

FAT Village Art District
This area is filled decorated with colorful mural art and surrounded by charming coffee shops and food spots.

Hardrock
The Hardrock Casino is a large guitar that lights up the city at night. I was able to get a shot of the guitar from the parking garage. If you have a chance, check out their Hotel Pool, which has a lagoon pool view of the hotel and cabanas.

Museum Garage
Museum Garage is a vibrant, colorful parking garage located in the Design District.

Design District
The Miami Design District is filled with high-end shops and eateries. It is a great area to take lifestyle photos.
Dior Cafe
The Dior Cafe is located on the roof of the Dior store. It is a cute cafe to grab an espresso while you are in the Design District.

Wynwood
You cannot visit Miami without visiting Wynwood. The area is filled with street art and murals on every block.

Miami Mountains in Collins Park
A colorful boulder rock installation similar to Magic Mountains outside of Las Vegas.

Espanola Way
Espanola Way is filled with dining and shopping. The area was designed to model Mediterranean and Spain villages which makes it a great instagrammable location.

The Berry Farms
The Berry Farms is definitely worth the drive. Try to visit during the sunflower season. Check out their Instagram page for more details. After checking out, the beautiful sunflowers grab some produce to go, pick strawberries, and get a milkshake.

Tip
If you are shy like me, I tend to look for locations that aren't heavy traffic or opt to shoot in the morning before there is a crowd. Shooting in the mornings, specifically Sunday mornings, are my perfect day. I find Sunday mornings people tend to sleep in. Many businesses open mid-day, and it is easy to shoot without having bystanders in your photos.
