Balcony Makeover
I recently moved to an apartment, and one space that needed a makeover was the balcony. I envisioned having a bohemian oasis with a rattan egg chair that I'm sure you have seen everywhere on Instagram and Pinterest. After looking at the $400+ price tags, I couldn't afford it. So I searched high and low for affordable pieces and found pieces to give the balcony a boho flair.
House to Home: Bathroom Update
One of my favorite DIYs to date, It took many hours, but I love the finished result. I was on Pinterest, and I found the below pin of a cute bathroom with a spotted print on the walls. I searched the internet and found a similar wallpaper design. After calculating the cost of wallpaper in the bathroom, I had to find a cheaper route.
DIY Pallet Bath Tray
I made an effort to dedicate my Sundays as my Self Care Sundays. I try to use the day to pamper myself with an At-Home Facial, clean up with a sheet mask on and a bath jamming to a slow jam playlist. To elevate my Self Care Sundays I have been on a hunt for a Pinterest and Instagram bath tray.
Storage Bin Update
I am slowly transitioning the decor in my guestroom. I am not sure how to define my new interior design aesthetic yet but the previous accent pieces no longer fit the room. I have a cube organizer shelf with grey storage bin in the room and I wanted to add basket bins but the price tag for 8 bins is pricey.
House to Home: Dining Room Table Update
After looking back at our first apartment I have seen how far we have come as adults and the levels to my interior style lol. Our dining room table needed a makeover.
House to Home: Guest Bedroom Wallpaper
I decided that we need to make our rental homier and not limit ourselves to a nice home because we are not homeowners. It's a stigma that because your a renter and not a homeowner you have to wait to paint, hang pictures on the wall, or make any modifications.
